Spaghetti Bud Sauce
6 to 8 tomatoes Skinned and chopped
24 oz beer
16 oz tomato sauce
3T steak sauce (any kind)
3T fresh garlic
1 onion chopped
3t oregano
TT salt & pepper
Sauté onions and garlic in two tablespoons of oil and then add
the tomatoes. Next, add the oregano and salt & pepper mix,
then add the beer (you can sub water for beer).
When mixture begins to boil, then add tomato and steak sauce.
Bring to another boil, cover and cook over low heat—stirring
occasionally for one hour or until desired thickness. Taste it
after 30-minutes to see if more flavor is needed.

Brew Stew
2lb stew meat or chuck roast cubed
2lb onion (chopped)
1lb celery (chopped)
1lb carrots (chopped)
3lb potatoes
36 oz beer
TT salt and pepper
2T Fresh garlic
3 beef Bullion cubes
2 chicken Bullion cubes
Sauté the garlic, onion, celery, and carrots in olive oil. Then
add Beer, meat and the bullion cubes and 3 cups of water.
Finally, add the potatoes.
Bring to a rumbling boil for 5min.
Stirring occasionally then cover and simmer until potatoes are
soft. Thicken with bloomed corn starch. Let rest for 5 to 10min
then serve.
